At Lets Chat, we believe your right to privacy is absolute. Our platform is built on the foundation of temporary data. Unlike other platforms, we do not archive your personal lives or business interactions.

1. DATA COLLECTION (LIMITATION)

We only collect the minimum information required to facilitate a session:

  • Account Data: Basic login credentials (email/username) required for access.
  • Session Data: The content of your chat/consultation occurs in a temporary environment.

2. THE "ZERO-RETENTION" POLICY

Our primary feature is the permanent deletion of interaction data.

  • Immediate Deletion: Once a session is marked as "Closed" or "Completed," all chat logs, shared files, and temporary data are purged from our active servers.
  • No Backups: We do not maintain long-term backups of your conversations. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered by you, the consultant, or the platform administrators.
  • Legal Immunity: Because we do not store conversation history, we cannot provide transcripts or logs to any third party, even if requested for legal or personal disputes.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

  • No Selling of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to marketing agencies or third parties.
  • Consultant Access: Consultants only see the data you explicitly provide during a session. They have no access to your private account history or payment details.

4. COOKIES & TRACKING

We use minimal technical cookies strictly for:

  • Keeping you logged in during your session.
  • Ensuring the stability of the chat interface.

We do not use tracking cookies to follow your activity on other websites.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Self-Protection: Because we delete all data after the session, if you need to remember something from your consultation, you must take your own notes.
  • Shared Information: Any information you choose to type or upload during a session is shared at your own risk. We cannot "un-send" information once it is seen by the other party.

6. SECURITY MEASURES

While data exists on our platform during an active session, it is protected by industry-standard encryption. Our goal is to ensure that while the conversation is happening, it is secure, and once it is over, it is gone.
