Consultant Service Agreement
Effective Date: March 2, 2025
By registering as a Consultant on Lets Chat, you agree to the following professional terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of earnings.
1. ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS & SCHEDULING
- Management Control: The Platform reserves the absolute right to create, cancel, or reschedule any appointment at its discretion.
- Attendance: Consultants must attend all scheduled sessions exactly as per the time booked in the system. Reliability is a core requirement of this partnership.
2. PAYMENT TERMS & DISPUTES
- Weekly Payouts: Payments will be processed on a weekly basis.
- Final Authority: The Platform holds the right to make the final decision regarding any payment disputes.
- Deductions: The Platform reserves the right to apply deductions to consultant earnings in cases of missed sessions, poor service, or breach of terms.
3. ETHICAL CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR
- Professionalism: All consultants must behave in a professional, respectful, and "good manner" at all times.
- Ethical Counseling: Counseling and interactions must follow strict ethical guidelines. No forceful behavior, harassment, or intimidation of the Client will be tolerated.
- Zero Disturbance: During a scheduled session, the Consultant must ensure a quiet environment free from distractions.
4. DATA PRIVACY & LIMITS
- Restricted Data: Consultants are only permitted to use the data provided by the Client through the Platform's official interface.
- No Private Inquiry: Under no circumstances shall a Consultant attempt to obtain a Client’s personal data (phone numbers, social media, addresses, etc.) outside of what is provided for the session.
5. OFF-PLATFORM COMMUNICATION (BLACKLIST POLICY)
- Official Channels Only: All communication must happen within the scheduled appointment on Lets Chat.
- Zero Liability: The Platform takes no responsibility for any interactions that occur outside of the scheduled session.
- Penalty: If a Consultant is found communicating with a Client outside the Platform, they will be immediately blacklisted.
- Forfeiture: In the event of blacklisting, no financial settlements or pending payments will be issued. The Platform reserves the full right to take further legal or administrative action as it sees fit.
6. TECHNICAL RESTRICTIONS (NO VIDEO)
- Text/Audio Only: Video call facilities are strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
- Compliance: Consultants must not attempt to initiate or request video communication with any Client.
7. QUALITY OF COMMUNICATION
- Clarity: Consultants are expected to provide clear, concise, and helpful communication to the Client.
- Language: All interactions must remain professional and adhere to the highest standards of conduct.
